Welcome! Here you will find all the information you need to place your Raw Food order and receive it either by Meet-Up or Pick-Up!
HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR MEET-UPS
Below you will find our seasonal Meet-Up schedule with our different Locations & Dates.
When placing your order in our Online Shop, please add in your order notes which Meet-Up Location & Date you plan to collect your order from. (See photo below)
(If you can't find the "Order notes" simply send me an email with your pick up location. Feel free to call me at 819-209-4994 if you have any questions.)
*All orders must be placed by 24 hours prior to Meet-Up*
MEET UP DATES
PicK-UPS AT OUR LOCATION
When placing your order in our Online Shop, please add in your order notes that you will be picking your order up from our Farm Store.
We now have a self-serve pick up which means when you place your order for pick-up, we will send you a confirmation email that your order is ready for pick up. Once you receive the email ( usually within 24-48hrs) you can then pick up your order in our self pick up chest freezer in our barn.
When you arrive, drive all the way to the end of the laneway where you will see the barn on your right side. You may run into our staff on the property who can assist you in collecting your order, but should you not see anyone when you arrive you are welcome to enter the barn and find your order (your name will be on it) waiting for you.
*Please Note* Right now our laneway is flooded and we are asking all customers to park closer to the house. If you do not see anyone when you arrive, call Isabelle at 819-209-4994 and she will assist you.
